1st Synergy Health, LLC (1SH) is a Joint Venture (JV) between Synergy Business Innovation & Solutions, Inc. (Synergy), MOST Investments, LLC DBA Pantheon Software (Pantheon), Advanced Systems Development, Inc. (ASD), and InterImage, Inc. (InterImage) under Contractor Teaming Arrangement (CTA) as defined in FAR 9.601 (1).

Synergy, the managing member of 1SH, is also a successful CIO-SP3 vendor. 1SH has also teamed with 7CTA member based on FAR 9.601 (2) and additional small business subcontractors representing all socio-economic categories together to form Team 1SH. Collectively, Team 1SH brings a combined strength of more than 38,000+ professionals to provide the full spectrum of IT services across the Federal Government and the Department of Defense.
